Beyond.com Exec: Consider "Relevant Time" For Email Programs

Beyond.com's Geri Weltz [said] at the Email Insider Summit that if a company can't capitalize on moving emails in "real-time," think about "relevant time."

In other words, send email when customers are most likely to open them. Sundays work best for Beyond.com, the online job site, Weltz [said].

If "relevant time" can't be measured within an email programs than use Web traffic as a baseline, she said.
