SparkPost Updates Inbox Tracker, Tool Offered In Salesforce AppExchange

Email platform SparkPost has updated its Inbox Tracker on the Salesforce AppExchange r to provide auto-seeding capabilities to users. 

The goal is to help email teams “ease the operational burden of having to manually seed campaigns,” states Hal Muchnick, senior vice president, commercial at SparkPost. 

The link between SparkPost tools and the marketing cloud allows users to view email performance without shifting between platforms. 

In addition, brands can leverage SparkPost’s Intelliseeds, which allows them to understand how their email communications are performing around the globe.

Users can also customize inbox placement tests by campaign-specific needs, including geography, seeding threshold and types of seeds, whether traditional or intelliseeds. 

SparkPost notes that companies are deploying new solutions as they see the value of having strong email tools in their marketing stacks. 

The Intelliseed network also allows firms to monitor key deliverability metrics across 35 Global ISPs. They can see deliverability, engagement and conversion data.
