Fagon began her career at The Smithsonian, The Phillips Collection, before moving to Artsy. She also handled brand strategy at Imprint Projects.

Her association with brands and nonprofits has been extensive, including work for Netflix, the ACLU, GLAAD, Bombay Sapphire, Target and Marc Jacobs.

"So much of what moves me creatively is here – big ambitious thinking, a mastery of how culture moves and just a true appetite to take risks," Fagon said.

Ian Grody, Chief Creative Officer of Giant Spoon, added Fagon "knows how to program brands into people’s lives — by wrapping them in culture and making work that feels more like the things you seek out than the things you pay to skip."
