Adobe Partners With Team Whistle For Women's World Cup

Adobe is launching a video series on social channels tied to the Women’s World Cup.

Adobe has partnered with Team Whistle, the global sports media and entertainment company, on “The Beautiful Game” video series, which will be featured across social channels for Whistle and Adobe and on National Women’s Soccer League player channels.

In each episode, Women's World Cup legends answer questions about themselves – everything from their legacy-defining plays to the details of their everyday lives.

For example, Ashlyn Harris’ episode will share her experience of being the youngest starter in the U19s team at age 16, her deep love for fashion, and the early setbacks that she didn’t let define her.

Adobe is an official partner to the NWSL, and the videos feature edits and animations created using Adobe Express, the company’s content creation app.

Adobe Express allows fans to easily celebrate Women’s World Cup on social, choosing from nearly 200 million assets including video and design templates.

The activation is part of the Adobe’s ongoing commitment to elevating pioneering women in sports and supporting the next generation of fans, says Heather Freeland, chief brand officer at Adobe.

With the cultural importance of the Women’s World Cup, and the global challenges that time differences create, brands have an opportunity to lead the conversation with fans by pushing custom content on digital and social, says Vinnie Butera, vice president of partnerships and brand strategy at Team Whistle.
