MGM Resorts Taps Mischief As Creative AOR

 

Global hospitality and entertainment company MGM Resorts International has named Mischief @ No Fixed Address creative AOR for its portfolio of brands including Bellagio, Aria, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, MGM Grand, and more. McCann was the incumbent.

The firms said they will jointly work on briefs for the MGM Resorts hero brand platform as well as specific property assignments and launches.

They began working together a few months ago on a “contained strategy project.” Neither the initial project nor the creative AOR remit involved a competitive pitch.  

Sarah Moore, MGM Resorts’ senior vice president of amrketing, said, “As the hospitality and entertainment businesses continue to evolve and the digital landscape becomes more and more complex, we are excited to collaborate with Mischief to curate disruptive and compelling content. We’ve watched their work with great admiration and can’t wait to marry our iconic brands with their unique approach.”  

Greg Hahn, co-founder and CCO at Mischief, said, “Our entire creative process is two steps. One: Figure out what to say. Two: Decide how to say it. We’ve spent the past several months collaborating [with MGM] over step one with a positioning project. So we’re very excited to be able to start step two together.”
