Interpublic has promoted Lisa De Bonis to CEO of huge, succeeding Mat Baxter who has held the role since 2021.

De Bonis, who joined Huge as Global Chief Experience Officer in 2021 from Accenture, and most recently served as Global Chief Product & Growth Officer.

Interpublic did not disclose what Baxter's new role might be, but in a statement, he noted that De Bonis was his "natural successor" in light of his "decision to relocate back to Australia for family reasons.

Baxter continued to serve as CEO of Brooklyn, NY-based Huge even after moving to Australia last summer. His last role for Interpublic in Australia was CEO of UM Australia, based in Sydney, until 2015.

Prior to Huge, De Bonis served as managing director at Accenture Interactive, and she previously held senior positions at Havas and Mother.
