• Uber Drivers Due To Strike
    Uber will be checking how many drivers have logged on to work today after drivers called a 24-hour strike starting from this afternoon, City AM reports. The industrial action has been called over rates of pay and treatment of drivers.
  • Reach Sees Print Revenues Decline 20%
    It is not good news for Reach, the company known as Trinity Mirror. Print revenue is down 20% and circulations are down an average of 4% too. over the past quarter, compared to the year before. Digital revenue is up 7%, however, and the company expects to be making GBP20m a year savings by 2020, "The Drum? reports.

    Facebook's tax bill has trebled in the UK to GBP15.8m. However, the BBC points out that it will only pay around a half of that total due to a tax credit handed out in relation to it handing shares to staff members.
