MITX has a new leader.
The Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange has named marketing vet Amy Quigley as president of the New England digital trade association.
Quigley succeeds Debi Kleiman, who left in February to take the plum position of heading up Havas Media's Boston office. Kleiman had helmed the digital group for three and a half years.
Quigley was most recently chief marketing officer for Myelin Health, a Boston-based healthcare communications collaborative. She's also served as vice president for global marketing at both digital
marketing group iProspect and design firm Continuum. Quigley is also a former president of the American Marketing Association's Boston Chapter.
“Amy is a proven
leader who the MITX Executive Committee selected from a robust set of qualified candidates,” said Joe Grimaldi, chairman of both MITX and marketing powerhouse Mullen, in a statement released
Wednesday. “We are confident she will build on the success MITX has achieved to date and bring the organization to new heights.”
