App Analytics Company Adjust Raises $7.6M, Taps Bonham To Lead Asian Expansion

Adjust, a Berlin, Germany-based app attribution and analytics company, on Monday announced it has closed a $7.6 million Series C round of funding. The round was led by ACTIVE Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors including Target Partners, Iris Capital and Capnamic Ventures.

Adjust has offices in Berlin, San Francisco and Istanbul, and notes that the funding will be used in part to expand into these existing marketers via new regional offices. According to the release, about 40% of the company’s revenue comes from Asia and the U.S., and half of the Series C round is “specifically earmarked for the U.S., Chinese and Japanese markets,” per Adjust.

As such, the company has also announced the appointment of Shawn Bonham as managing director of Japan and Southeast Asia. He will lead the company’s Asian expansion, per a release. Bonham’s appointment will be effective as of October 1, 2014.

Philipp Schroeder, founding partner of ACTIVE Venture Partners, will join Adjust’s board of directors.
