Output Services Group (OSG) has purchased Windsor Circle, adding the latter’s personalization capability to its offerings. The terms were not disclosed.

OSG provides omnichannel communication tools. Windsor Circle offers a predictive marketing platform with a focus on personalization.

Windsor, headed by CEO Matt Williamson, will operate as an OSG subsidiary.

Windsor Circle is “expected to provide immediate benefits to WhatCounts,” OSG’s email marketing company, states Scott W. Bernstein, CEO of OSG.

In addition to Windsor Circle and WhatCounts, OSG has also acquired DoublePositive, ClickSpark and Garfield Group.

OSG is headquartered in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, Windsor Circle is located in Durham, North Carolina.
