See's Candies Extends Partnership With Yes Lifecycle Marketing

Candy maker See’s Candies has extended its partnership with Yes Lifecycle Marketing through 2021, the firms announced on Tuesday. 

Yes Lifecycle Marketing provides email creative, analytics, targeting, dynamic content and multichannel execution capabilities.

The candy seller hopes to deliver more personalized messaging going forward, it says. 

See's Candies began working with Yes Lifecycle Marketing over 10 years ago, using its data processing services. It then integrated its database with the vendor’s Marketzone database product. In addition, it adopted its Yesmail360 product for cross-channel deployment.

Overall, the firm uses Yes Lifecycle Marketing for direct mail campaigns, audience profiles and email marketing, states Jensen DeWees, marketing director for See's Candies. It claims to have achieved 117% growth in its database since launching a lifecycle program.

DeWees adds that Yes Lifecycle Marketing “has played a pivotal role in the evolution of our customer engagement strategies.”
