Intema Solutions Inc., a Canada-based provider of services for the permission-based email marketing field, has named Daniel Drouet to the new position of vice president, products.  

Drouet will “bolster our product team, realigning and improving our freemium SAAS offering, states Laurent Benezra, CEO of Intema.

Drouet has been granted 1 million stock options, with an initial 250,000 options vesting on March 7, 2010, and remaining options vesting on the same date over the following three years. The options have an exercise price of $0.12 per share.

Drouet has worked as a tech entrepreneur and investor, specializing in product management, software development and venture financing.
