Email management firm Helpmonks has combined live chat and email marketing in a platform that it says allows brands respond quickly to customer requests.
The new platform, Live-Chat and Email Marketing Tools, is designed to help “small businesses, and large organizations alike to do an even better job in their sales funnels," states Nitai Aventaggiato, CEO of Helpmonks.
The live chat feature can be configured for multiple sites. In addition the toolkit contains such features as chat triggers.
All emails, chat messages and reactions to email campaigns are accessible across the system, the company says.
In addition, email campaign can be sent as a transactional or automated emails with sequences, it continues.
The combined software solution is available to clients on any plan level.
