Digital Brand Architects Acquires Digital Golf Collective, Enlarges Sports Marketing Reach

Digital Brand Architects, a digital management company, acquired Digital Golf Collective, a golf marketing and digital talent management company.

The goal is to enlarge the company’s reach in the sports industry, particularly in brand marketing, social-media management and strategic partnerships within sports and lifestyle markets.

Founded by Jess McAlister and Sean Guerrero, DGC targets opportunities within golf to manage strategy and branding for leading creators, brands, events and tournaments.

Digital Golf Collective’s digital talent and branding clients include Tisha Alyn, Ryan Rustand and Cassandra Meyer. Its daily operations will continue to be run by McAlister and Guerrero. They report into Digital Brand Architects CEO Raina Penchansky and SVP of finance AD Rastogi.

Said McAlister and Guerrero in a joint statement: “As golf keeps trending upwards as the fastest-growing segment in sports, the timing couldn't be better for us to join the expansive networks of DBA and UTA.”

“The partnership between DBA and DGC will allow both companies to capitalize on the significant opportunity within the multi-billion dollar golf industry,” said Rastogi.

The acquisition hopes to push golf as a lifestyle within the creator economy.

In 2018, Digital Brand Architects launched Dear Media, a women-focused podcast network that hosts 50+ shows fronted by top talent. It claims a combined following of more than 60 million across social channels.
