Marketing automation platform Klaviyo has formed an integration with Square Online that it says will allow B2C brands to provide more personalized experiences in email, SMS and other channels.
Users can sync data from Square Online into Klaviyo, including event-level data, profile properties, and catalog information. This will allow them to automatically send messages based on channel engagement, profile or event data and predictive analytics, Klaviyo says.
According to Klaviyo, users can leverage the new integration to:
"Whether you're a big business or a small one just starting out, storing and utilizing your customer data in a way that improves their experience is no longer a nice to have -- it's a need to have,” says Rich Gardner, senior vice president of global strategic partnerships at Klaviyo.
