Germany’s Serviceplan Group is expanding its operations in the U.S. with the creation of Serviceplan Americas and the acquisition of a 30% stake in New York-based agency L&C NYC.
The Americas launch and M&A deal follow Serviceplan's acquisition of a 30% stake in creative agency Pereira O’Dell three years ago.

Pereira O’Dell Co-Founders, Andrew O’Dell and PJ Pereira will serve as CEO and Chief Creative Officer respectively, of Serviceplan Americas while keeping their roles at Pereira O’Dell, whose clients include IHOP, Mini, Zelle and Adobe.
Nancy Daum will add the role of Chief Operating Officer and CFO at Serviceplan Americas, in addition to her role as CFO at Pereira O’Dell.
L&C NYC was founded two years ago by Peruvian immigrants Gian Carlo Lanfranco and Rolando Cordova. The shop has quickly gained attention and awards including winning a Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions Festival last year for creative business transformation. It also won Best Independent Agency Worldwide at The One Show, Best New Agency at The Andy Awards and Best Boutique Agency at ADC Awards among other accolades.
Serviceplan Americas is developing an integrated agency model, combining creativity, technology and media. Serviceplan media agency Mediaplus already has presence in the U.S. with clients like De'Longhi, Siemens and Zeiss.
As part of the effort the Group is also opening a New York office of its digital agency Plan.Net. It will be led by Jennifer Steele and Todd Thiessen.
