An Ipsos study shows that 13% of fans will watch a game on mobile, compared to 6% in 2014. Overall watching games 'digitally' has crept up from 19% to 25% since the last World Cup.

Deliveroo has announced plans to take on the UK's leading restaurant delivery service, Just Eat, with a rapid expansion plan, The Telegraph writes. These include adding 5,000 more restaurants to its platform by the end of the year, meaning it will have 15,000 signed up.

Caution over GDPR has prompted FT.com to close its open programmatic exchange, eMarketer reports. The financial newspaper site reveals that it has a high level of direct sales and most of its programmatic business is with brands it is already familiar with, and so closing the open exchange was not as detrimental as it may have been for some other publishers.

The Guardian is pre-empting a major shareholder revolt at today's WPP annual shareholder meeting. Not only is the tricky question of allowing Sir Martin Sorrell to potentially walk away with up to GBP20m over the next five years likely to prompt a rebellion, but some investors are expect to object to the reappointment of the group's Chairman, Roberto Quarta.

Dixons Carphone has admitted a massive security breach, which exposed 1.2m customers' personal information and details of 5.9m credit cards to hackers, "The Mirror" reports. However, PINs and verification codes for the cards were not revealed and so the company says the breach could not have led to cards being used fraudulently.
