Luke's Diner was practically a character on "Gilmore Girls" so Netflix is launching 200 of them all over the nation--at least one in every state-- to hype the show's resurrection. 

Netflix stock is trading up on rumors that the video streaming leader could be acquired by Disney. “Rumors that the Mouse House or possibly Apple might be interested in snapping up Netflix -- which currently has a market cap exceeding $44 billion -- were alluded to in a research note by Robert W. Baird & Co. analyst Will Power,” Variety reports.

Prime time NFL games ratings are down double digit early this season and viewership is down for other sports too. Is presidential race to blame? Or Olympics burn out? Or is it that more people getting their sports fix via digital sites?
