  • Vimeo Getting Two New Scripted Series From Ron Howard, Brian Grazer Digital Studio
    Vimeo signed a deal with Brian Grazer and Ron Howard for two scripted series that will begin this year, and two more to come later, Variety reports.  The deal includes series adaptions of short films from YouTube filmmakers Sawyer Hartman, who has 1.76 million subscribers to his channel, and PJ Liguori (a.k.a. KickThePj), who has about 620,000.

    After Oregon demolished Florida State in the Rose Bowl, a few Oregon players mock chanted "No means no" directed at Florida quarterback Jameis Winston, who has deflected rape allegations for months. Oregon said the players would be disciplined for the taunt, posted to Vine by a Fox Sports reporter.
