PathFactory has unveiled a tool, Pathfinder for Sale, that it says will enable sales teams to prioritize outreach based on the content consumed.
Pathfinder for Sales is designed to provide “objective insights into a prospect’s or account’s readiness to buy right inside of their CRM,” states Dev Ganesan, president and CEO of PathFactory.
In addition, salespeople can send trackable content packages via email by using the PathFactory for Sales Chrome extension for Gmail. They can also copy and paste a content track link into sales engagement tools like Outreach.io or SalesLoft, the company says.
The solution also allows salespeople with CRM access to see the sales journey taken by leads and contacts, and the time spent on content, PathFactory claims.
One client, FireEye, has used Pathfinder for Sales to achieve a centralized engagement data source within Salesforce, using "the ability to segment this data by a multitude of fields and then save these search filters for easy access,” states David Cheng, marketing operations manager at FireEye.
