In the UK and other markets, Apple plans to raise the price of apps in the App Store.

Last quarter, wearable shipments reached an all-time high of 33.9 million units, according to International Data Corporation (IDC). That amounted to a 16.9% jump, year-over-year, the market research and advisory firm calculates.

Among Twitter's efforts to give users more control: giving them the ability to mute certain keywords, phrases, and entire conversations from their notifications; trying to identify accounts as they're engaging in abusive behavior.
