    A Windows Phone 7 user has filed a lawsuit against Microsoft, alleging that the mobile operating system and platform tracks users against their express wishes. "The crux of the issue stems from the camera application present on all WP7 handsets," The Next Web explains.   • Facebook Music Service On The Horizon?
    Next month, Facebook reportedly plans to launch its long-anticipated music service with several key partners, including Spotify, MOG and Rdio. "The music and media platform will be announced at Facebook's f8 developer conference on Sept. 22," according to Mashable. "It will allow users to listen to music from within Facebook.com." Citing two sources familiar with the matter, Mashable reports that Facebook will not directly host or stream any music or media, however.
