This year's round of digital upfront presentations begins April 27, with The New York Times, and ends May 5 with HealthiNation. The six co-founders of the NewFronts -- AOL, DigitasLBi, Google/YouTube, Hulu, Microsoft and Yahoo -- will be joined largely by the same participants as last year with a few additions, including HealthiNation.

Music video company Vevo this morning confirms reports that Rio Caraeff, its president and CEO, will leave the company at the end of the year. CFO Alan Price will act as interim CEO until a search firm can find another one, and the board approves the new hire. His contract expired at the end of the year, and reportedly, Caraeff purchased a home in Los Angeles, away from Vevo's New York headquarters. But apparently, he has no employment destination ready to announce.

Fullscreen, now owned by a group fronted by The Chernin Group and AT&T, announced that it has acquired Austin-based Rooster Teeth, a digital brand best known for Web animated robot series "Red vs. Blue" and prized for its devoted 18-34 male fans.
