PetSmart is partnering with retailer Toys "R" Us to launch a line of more than 100 dog toys. The products, to be marketed under the Toys "R" Us Pets brand, will be exclusively available at PetSmart's almost 1,200 retail stores in the spring. Walkers Crisps has dropped former British footballer Gary Lineker, who for 16 years has been the face of the brand. Global brewer SABMiller is putting together a bank group for a multibillion-dollar syndicated loan to back a new bid for Australian brewer Fosters, per sources. The loan for acquisition would be one of the biggest deals of the year, and is expected to be supported by relationship banks despite volatile market conditions.
