• Pershing Square Reveals Stake In Chipotle
    Activist investor William Ackman bought a big stake in Chipotle, whose stock has tumbled in the face of a series of food-safety questions. Ackman disclosed a 9.9% stake, worth about $1.2 billion as of Tuesday's close, which will make his Pershing Square Capital Management LP the second-biggest holder of Chipotle shares.

    Pinnacle Foods, a New Jersey-based processed food company, is suing Kraft Heinz over alleged trademark infringement of the marketing slogan for its Hungry-Man frozen meals. The lawsuit alleges Kraft Heinz infringed registered trademarks for Hungry-Man frozen meals with a "confusingly similar" slogan for its recently launched Devour line of frozen meals.
