The plaintiff claimed he purchased the raspberry doughnut in 2015 because raspberries "are a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, potassium and dietary fiber ... and help fight against cancer, heart and circulatory disease, and age-related decline."

A crew installed signs identifying the Milwaukee Theatre by its new name: the Miller High Life Theatre. The $1.85-million naming-rights deal with the Wisconsin Center District gives MillerCoors exclusive rights to sell malt beverages at the venue. MillerCoors can extend the agreement for another five years beyond its current Oct. 31, 2020, expiration.

Fresh off its success at the Porsche Grand Prix, the luxury automaker has signed a multi-year deal with the Women's Tennis Association to become the title sponsor for the season-long Porsche Race to Singapore, in which players "win laps" and earn points during 53 worldwide events plus the four Grand Slams. The top points earner will be awarded a Porsche 911 GTS Carbriolet.

The marketing exposure for State Street Corp., the custody bank that installed the "Fearless Girl" statue for International Women's Day, is worth $7.4 million, said Eric Smallwood of Apex Marketing, which measures the value of media placement and sponsorships. State Street spent just $26 million on advertising in all of 2016, according to Kantar Media.
