Wimbledon has also added American Express as the new Official Payments Partner, effective from The Championships 2019 onwards. Details on this new partnership will be announced later this year, according to the the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

Chicago-based dry-cleaning startup Pressbox is being acquired by Procter & Gamble. Pressbox, launched in 2013 by two University of Notre Dame graduates, allows customers to drop off their laundry at any time in one of the company’s lockers, mainly located in high-rise apartment buildings and offices. Customers can use the Pressbox app to track their laundry as it’s taken for cleaning and are notified when it is ready for pickup.

Facebook halted a Procter & Gamble advertisement in support of gay rights, deeming it inadequately labeled as “political." The social network stopped running the ad because it lacked a "paid for by" tag in violation of new rules aimed at misleading political ads. The ad was a promo for a mini-documentary, "The Words Matter: One Voice Can Make a Difference," that P&G produced with CNN.

According to the Manila Standard, Jollibee Chairman Tony Tan Caktiong said that the company wants to acquire or form a joint-venture partnership for a Mexican concept. “We want to play in the category,” he said, according to the publication. Mexican is a rather popular segment. There are 44 Mexican chains among Technomic's Top 500, from the 44-unit California Tortilla Grill to the 6,500-unit Taco Bell.

Ahead of the 2019 Cadillac XT4 crossover’s launch this fall, General Motors’s luxury division has begun advertising the vehicle. Online banner show an image of the vehicle’s front headlight and daytime running lights. Cadillac will position the crossover at a sub-compact price point but in the compact class. Those looking at an entry-level model will find a $35,790 sticker price.

The Shinola brand helped welcome more than 100 new U.S. citizens after a naturalization ceremony. A select group of citizens were interviewed, filmed, and appeared in portrait photography to showcase the range of stories that make up the immigrant population. Shinola gave gifts to some of the newly naturalized citizens: the company’s Runwell, packaged in a box bearing the message, “From this second forward, you are as American as the rest of us.”

She will replace Mark Biegger, who's retiring at 56. Her selection comes at a time when P&G has been under pressure to veer from its promote-from-within culture and hire talent from the outside, due to its stagnant performance.

In Chicago alone, Walgreens now plans to relocate 1,300 jobs to The Old Post Office building in downtown, from its HQ in Deerfield, Ill; McDonald’s just opened its new HQ downtown after 47 years in Oak Brook,Ill.; and Google has its Chicago HQ in the West Loop.
