A navigation mistake by autopilot contributed to the death of a Tesla Model X owner in Mountain View, Calif., according to a preliminary report released by the National Transportation Safety Board. The agency says that the driver’s hands were detected on the steering wheel for a total of 34 seconds, on three separate occasions, in the 60 seconds before impact. NTSB also confirms Tesla’s position that the vehicle did not detect the driver’s hands on the steering wheel in the six seconds before the crash.

Stew Leonard’s offer, which has been sent to the State Department, is in response to a news report that Kim wanted to open an American-style hamburger restaurant in Pyongyang, the North Korean capital.

Meal kit subscription company Marley Spoon has filed for an initial public offering in Australia. The Berlin, Germany-based company, which has U.S. offices in Manhattan and operates a warehouse facility in the Bronx to accommodate the recipe-and-ingredients delivery service on the East Coast, expects to raise $53 million in the offering. Marley Spoon is supported by Martha Stewart under the Martha & Marley Spoon brand.
