Tribune Media Services International (TMSI) has named RYAN STEPHENS to the newly created position of International Sales Director, where he will manage the company's growing worldwide sales operation. Stephens will manage TMSI's worldwide sales staff in Los Angeles, London and Hong Kong. A twelve-year veteran of TMSI, Stephens most recently served as Director Latin America and Canada, based in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he spent year as Managing Director of Article Sales in the New York office.

MIKE CUNNINGHAM has been named Manager of the Detroit office of the James G. Elliott Company. In his new role, Cunningham will be responsible for the advertising sales efforts for the company. Most recently, Cunningham headed up his own sales, marketing and general management-consulting firm for two years. Prior to that, he was Director of Electronic Commerce for Masco Corporation.

AMBER STELZER has been named Group Sales Manager with Eagle Television Sales in Seattle. Stelzer began her career at Katz in 1998 as a Sales Assistant. Later that year, she joined United Television Sales. In 1999, she returned to Katz as an Account Manager with Eagle Television Sales, her most recent position.

Roussel is charged with creating customer-focused promotions and micro-sites, promotional search engines, and e-mail campaigns, as well as interactive web sites, for the agency's clients. Roussel joins Draft from iLeo, the direct, digital, and database marketing resources agency within the Leo Burnett network, where he served as Director of Solution Engineering.

Ramsey will work with media companies, cable organizations and television networks to develop text messaging. Vigar will develop relationships with media partners and brand managers of consumer products to introduce premium text messaging campaigns. Prior to joining Telenor, Ramsey served as News Director for KGW-TV, the NBC news affiliate in Portland, Oregon. RISA ARONSON, Advertising Manager for W Magazine, will join New York Magazine as Advertising Director. Prior to her three years at W, Aronson served as Consumer Products Manager for Mademoiselle and Account Manager at Shape. Aronson also spent four years as a Media Planner with three of NYC's top advertising agencies, most recently J. Walter Thompson. Aronson replaces GINGER SUTTON who left New York Magazine in July to join Cargo, the men's shopping magazine.
