Figliulo&Partners hired Caroline Krediet as partner, strategy. In this newly created role, Krediet will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s consumer planning and strategy efforts. Most recently, she served as senior vice president, head of strategy at Noise. Prior to that, she was head of planning at TAXI NYC and, before that, group planning director at Havas Worldwide. For the past four years, Maxham served as a managing partner and executive creative director at Cole & Weber United in Seattle. While there, he helped create integrated campaigns for the International Olympic Committee and Microsoft's Office Division.
