Arnold Worldwide named Marc Sobier and Greg Farley as senior vice president, group creative directors. Both report to Jim Elliott, global chief creative officer. While Sobier and Farley are based in Arnold's New York office, they will work on accounts across the agency's micro-network, supervising teams, creative and accounts hubbed out of both Boston and New York. Lear will be a part of creative strategy and management for Erwin Penland clients including Denny's and L.L.Bean. He will also work on new business efforts. Jonathan Vingiano rejoins Barton F. Graf as creative director. He was previously creative technology director. Vingiano rejoins Barton after a year-long stint at RGA and B-Reel in New York, where he served as creative director and worked on campaigns for Google, Squarespace, Android, American Express, Samsung and Converse.
