Dylan Maranda, the Vancouver-based director behind the PSA “Happy Birthday, Twitter” has signed with production company Wild Gift. Maranda worked with agency Mischief @ No Fixed Address on the PSA for the Canada Centre for Child Protection. On Twitter’s 15th birthday last year, the PSA called out the platform for lax policing of child predators on its service. The effort won numerous awards including a Cannes Lion, Clio Award and D&AD and One Show pencils, among others. Wild Gift was formed last year by production veteran David Mitchell.

Omnicom's digital transformation agency TA Digital has promoted Chief Technology Officer Dr. Ali Alkhafaji to the role of President. Alkhafaji will now serve as both President and Chief Technology Officer of TA Digital.
