    TM Advertising announced that Bill Oakley has expanded his responsibilities at the agency to include both the top creative post of chief creative officer and managing director. Oakley, who joined TM Advertising in 1990, has previously held the roles of group creative director and worldwide creative director on the American Airlines account.

    Organic named Amy McAllister as senior vice president, engagement management. McAllister, most recently a senior partner and executive group director for Ogilvy and Mather, will serve as the engagement lead on the Bank of America account.

    AKQA is opening an office in Berlin. Guy Wieynk, AKQA's European managing director, will be responsible for the launch of the Berlin office, the agency's third in Europe. AKQA Berlin's launch client is Nokia and the agency will be developing key applications for Ovi, the mobile Internet services platform for Nokia.

    Midnight Oil Creative hired Sean Krankel as creative director, digital. Krankel joins the company from social media agency Rocket XL.
  • Crispin Porter + Bogusky and MDC Partners; Laura Bowles, Heather Faunce, Jeff Benjamin, David Rolfe, Winston Binch and Alex Bogusky
    Crispin Porter + Bogusky and MDC Partners named five new partners at the agency. Group account directors Laura Bowles and Heather Faunce, executive creative director Jeff Benjamin, production director David Rolfe, and executive producer Winston Binch were each named as a partner. In addition, Alex Bogusky has added a new role of chief creative insurgent at MDC Partners, the parent company of CPB. Bogusky will continue his involvement at CPB with the title of founding partner. Chuck Porter will remain Chairman of CPB and continue as chief strategist for MDC Partners.
