Her new firm is called “The Good Advice Company,” a marketing and communications consultancy that advises agencies, brands and startups.  Rosenberg brings two decades of experience in strategic marketing communications and brand building, including stints with TBWA/Media Arts Lab, Omnicom’s Apple-dedicated agency where she was global director of communications and 72andSunny, part of MDC Partners.   • GroupM Taps Recalde For LATAM CEO Role
    WPP’s GroupM has promoted César Recalde to CEO Latin America. Recalde, who will serve on GroupM’s Global Leadership Team, also remains MediaCom CEO for the LATAM and Caribbean region until the end of the year. He succeeds José María Sanabria, who will retire at the end of 2020 after 11 years with GroupM including five as LATAM CEO.  Recalde will be responsible for strategy and operations in the region for GroupM agencies  including Mindshare, MediaCom, Wavemaker, Essence, m/Six and Xaxis.   • Fyllo Taps Industry Vets For Strategy Roles
    Cannabis martech platform Fyllo has tapped three industry veterans for strategic roles at the company. Tony Weisman and Steve Katelman have been named strategic advisors. Weisman is the former CMO at Dunkin and CEO at Digitas. Katelman is executive vice president strategic partnerships at Omnicom Media Group.  The company has also appointed Craig Robinson to its board of directors. He is the former head of Powered by We For WeWork and CEO, global services at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

    Planet Propaganda is elevating Emily Steele from account director to managing director, a new role at the independent agency.
