JAMES BRUNK has been promoted to creative director, up from associate creative director, at ePrize.

ROBERT BALTAZAR has been named manager of development at Lion Television. Joining the company from The WB, Baltazar will focus on original productions for network and cable, as well as adaptations of Lion Television's UK formats for the U.S. market.

Scripps Networks has formed an Emerging Networks group and named BOB BASKERVILLE president of the network, charged with overseeing business strategy, content development and operations. Baskerville joined Scripps Networks in 1994.

PAUL VENN has been appointed North American managing partner of Y&R, which includes the combined Y&R and Wunderman Detroit office. Most recently, Venn served as director of strategy for WPP’s central team on the Ford business, based in Dearborn, Mich. Venn is replacing DONALD WILLIAMS, who is retiring.

CNET News.com has appointed HARRY FULLER as executive editor of CNET News.com. Fuller is responsible for overseeing the creation of original video content. He joins CNET News.com from CNBC Europe, where he was executive producer in charge of planning, assignment, and coverage of news stories.

VOOM HD Networks has named SHARON J. KAHN as vice president of communications.

ANN HONOMICHL and ANNE TOAL were named account managers for the New York sales team of CNNMoney.com. They will be responsible for online advertising sales in the New York metropolitan area. Prior to joining CNNMoney.com Honomichl worked for AG Interactive. Toal joins the company from Forbes.com where she handled accounts in New York and Long Island.

ANDREW RUTBERG has been named executive vice president, chief data officer, for Wunderman, a new position. Rutberg joins Wunderman from Harte-Hanks, a marketing services provider.

Network LIVE has made a bevy of appointments. ANDREW THAU has been named chief operating officer; J.D. HEILPRIN, a former senior consultant to HP and MTV, has been named senior vice president strategic development; and RON MILKES, former general counsel for The Firm, Inc. has been appointed as general counsel and vice president legal affairs.

Yahoo! has named DEANNA BROWN general manager of Yahoo! Health. In this role, she will be responsible for all aspects of the Health destination, including overseeing content and product development, operations and partner relationships. Brown joins Yahoo! from lifestyle magazine Breathe Media, where she was CEO and publisher.
