    Publicis Canada has appointed Joanna Monteiro Chief Creative Officer, Publicis Toronto. She will report to Brett McIntosh, President, Publicis Toronto, and will join the agency’s Executive Leadership Team. Monteiro joins Publicis Toronto from Brazilian advertising agency Heads Propaganda, where she was Chief Creative Officer.
