The former CRO will lead growth for the digital OOH company in the U.S. and Canada.

Brooklyn, NY agency Atlantic New York has appointed Stacia Parseghian as managing director. She joins following leadership roles at Critical Mass, BBDO, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and TBWA\Chiat\Day.   As Managing Director, Parseghian will oversee Atlantic's client partnerships.  The agency was founded in 2021 by João Coutinho and Marco Pupo and works with clients including TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon, Heinz and Heineken. 

  Dazed Studio, the in-house agency and consultancy arm of London-based Gen Z focused media company Dazed Media has launched a brand and cultural strategy division in the U.S.   It will be led by Izzy Farmiloe, who has been promoted to global head of strategy & growth at the agency. She’ll be dividing her time between New York and London to support the new division. 

The executive is tasked with leading marketing in the AI era.

The appointments reflect the agency's 20% YoY growth in the U.S.

The appointments follow a period of agency expansion.
