Geometry Global tapped Todd Szahun as head of digital, a new position. Szahun joins the agency's New York office to oversee the innovation and advancement of the agency's digital capabilities -- bringing together all digital expertise within the agency and across the wider WPP digital and shopper communities. Winston Thomas was promoted to senior vice president, global executive creative director of R/GA. He will help develop product and services opportunities and provide creative assistance to offices as they pitch new business and grow work with existing clients. Winston joined the agency in 1996 and currently works on projects for Nike, MasterCard, Nokia and HBO. Before Joining R/GA, he was the founder and director of WT Design, a Multimedia and Broadcast Studio in New York.
