• S4 Capital Appoints Basterfield As Its New CFO
    S4 Capital has named Mary Basterfield as its new Chief Financial Officer effective Jan. 3, 2022. She will also join the company’s board of directors. She succeeds Peter Rademaker, who is retiring from day-to-day operations but will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Rademaker has been with S4 since its formation three years ago, joining as part of the merger with MediaMonks. Basterfield previously served in financial roles at Dentsu Aegis, Sony Music, Warner Music, Expedia and most recently as Just Eat.

    Performance marketing agency Labelium has tapped Diana de la Torriente, former senior vice president client services at Havas Media International, as its svp talent development, Americas, a new position at the agency. She will be based in Miami helping the organization shape its talent strategy and development programs.     Liquid+Arcade has promoted Daniel Darling to vice president, programmatic. He’s been with the agency for nearly three years. He previously served as director of programmatic, overseeing client placements across the medium including mobile, desktop, CTV and OOH. Earlier he co-founded ProgrammAddict, a programmatic media agency in the Los Angeles area.  
  • McCann Bolsters NA Executive Creative Team
    McCann today announced senior promotions in North America. Shayne Millington and Pierre Lipton will serve as Co-Chief Creative Officers at McCann New York.     Chicago-based digital marketing agency Aisle Rocket has hired Greg Slama as executive vice president of media. Most recently the 20-year agency veteran served as vice president media & digital operations at Evolved By Nature. Earlier he served as senior vice president/media solutions at MARC USA for five years. Slama co-founded Results Digital in 2012, a digital agency focused on SEM, programmatic, social, SEO and advanced analytics. In 2015 Results Digital was acquired by MARC USA which is when Slama joined the latter. He left in 2019.
