    IPG has promoted Patricia Hinerman to Chief Information Officer. She reports to IPG CFO Ellen Johnson. Hinerman has been with IPG since 2008 in a number of technology roles. Most recently she served as Chief Information Security Officer. Separately Demetri Paneras joins IPG corporate as Chief Technology Officer, reporting to Hinerman.   • Labelium Taps Former Facebook Exec To Run Toronto Office
    Digital marketing performance agency Labelium, has named Navneet Chhajer Managing Director, Labelium Toronto with a remit to drive growth. He reports directly to Virginie De Malavois, Managing Director of Labelium Canada. Chhajer was most recently with Loblaw Digital in Toronto where he worked to drive adoption of the company’s online grocery delivery service across Canada. Prior to Loblaw, Chhajer spent almost eight years at Facebook, working with Canadian advertisers on their marketing efforts.  A software engineer by training, Chhajer also led application delivery teams in the insurance industry and spent time as a technical account manager at Salesforce before joining Facebook.

  • Andy Polansky, 38-Year IPG Veteran, To Retire In June
    Andy Polansky, IPG DXTRA CEO and Weber Shandwick Executive Chairman, will retire in June, Interpublic Group announced today. A successor has not yet been named. Polansky, a 38-year IPG veteran has served as CEO of Dxtra since 2019, when the group of specialist marketing units was known as the Constituency Management Group. It includes companies like Weber Shandwick, Golin, Octagon, Jack Morton, DeVries Global, Current Global, Rogers & Cowan and FutureBrand. CMG rebranded to Dxtra in 2020.     BBH has appointed Alex Grieve as its new Global and UK Chief Creative Officer, succeeding Joakim Borgström who is leaving the agency. Grieve previously spent 14 years at BBH from 1996-2010 and is now returning to lead the agency’s creative work globally. He will also take up the role of CCO of BBH London, the agency’s founding office, will co-chair the BBH Global Board with Annette King, CEO of Publicis Groupe UK, and lead the BBH Creative Council with creatives from across the BBH offices.
