    FCB Health Network is hiring Sebastian Mallarino to serve as group creative director of the network’s Neon offering. He was due to join the company physically in the U.S. in April but COVID-19 derailed his relocation. Now, he is working remotely until the Colombia consulates reopen and he can make his way to the U.S. where he’ll based in New York. Mallarino previously spent over 11 years at Grey, where, under his leadership as creative vice president, Grey Colombia became the most awarded agency in the country in 2017.

    Creative veteran Al Mackie has landed the top job of Chief Creative Officer of the newly merged Rapp UK and Proximity London. Mackie, who joined RAPP in 2017 from Rapier, has overseen work for clients such as Mercedes-Benz and Mothercare.
