RICHARD CLAFLIN has joined Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia as vice president of programming, broadcasting. In addition, JILL BOULET-GERCOURT was named vice president of marketing, broadcasting. Claflin will oversee the development of original programming for the Broadcasting segment and provide creative oversight for current programming. He was most recently vice president of comedy series development for ABC. Boulet-Gercourt will oversee all marketing, promotion and creative services for MSLO’s television business segment. Boulet-Gercourt was most recently director of synergy at the ABC Television Network.
    Agency.com has named ALI GRAYELI as vice president, executive creative director and VINCE QUILICI as client partner in its San Francisco office. Grayeli will lead the direction of the creative department and oversee all creative content in the San Francisco office. Prior to joining Agency.com, Grayeli served as creative director at Blast Radius. Quilici will work with the Miller and Del Monte clients to help drive their digital strategies and joins Agency.com from Carat Interactive where he served as global account director for Eastman Kodak.
    The Independent Film Channel (IFC) promoted ALAN KLEIN to senior vice president of partnerships and licensing, up from vice president of integrated partnerships. In his new role, Klein will serve as the network’s chief of business development and continue to direct IFC’s expanding partnerships.
    Carat Fusion has hired CRAIG DEWOLF as vice president, account director and JOHN MCNULTY as an account director. DeWolf is working on clients including Progressive Direct, eFax and Palm. McNulty was most recently associate director of marketing at Modem Media, where he was in charge of developing online and CRM initiatives for companies such as Sprint, Safeway and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
    PAUL GERAGHTY was named online merchandising & e-business manager at DMi Partners. Prior to joining DMi Partners, Geraghty was a buyer for Urban Outfitters.
    JANET BARKER-EVANS, senior vice president and group creative director at Draft, was named "Direct Marketing Woman of the Year" by the Chicago Chapter of Women in Direct Marketing International.
    SUSE UHLENBROCK has been named director at LA production company, Uncle.
    TACODA has hired BRIAN BROWNIE as publisher account manager, responsible for managing deployment of TACODA's new video products. In addition, TERRA W. CRAIG has joined the company as southwest advertising sales manager. Most recently, Brownie worked for Unicast, most recently as business development director. Before joining TACODA, Craig was a senior account executive with Dedicated Networks.
    Campus Media Group has promoted JOEL EISFELDER to director of media, where he will oversee all media channels for reaching the youth market. In addition, BRIAN HASTY has been named director of operations.
    STEVE CHESKIN has been appointed senior vice president of programming for WE and GENA MCCARTHY has joined the network as vice president of development and production.
