Rebecca Smythe, formerly account director, has been promoted to strategy director.

She reports to Joshua Lowcock, president of media for Quad.

Prior to this, Sarah Buckler spent nine years as a Huge executive.

Her account focus will include A24, Harry's, Speedo and Half Magi.

  San Franciso-based ad agency Duncan Channon has named Cristián Costa as Group creative director. He will report to Chief Creative Officer Michael Lemme, and will be working closely with CMO, Partner and Co-Founder Parker Channon.    Costa will lead creative for the agency’s UNDO account, a program of the California Department of Public Health that targets tobacco use and its dangers.  

She will direct the European business with the agency's clients Hyundai, Kia and Genesis.

She will also play a role in all MarTech initiatives.
