    Yahoo! Inc. has appointed DANIEL ROSENSWEIG, a former executive at CNET Networks, as the company's Chief Operating Officer, replacing JEFF MALLETT. In mid-January, Yahoo! announced Mallett was leaving the company to pursue other interests. Friday is expected to be Mallett's last day with the company, where he worked for seven years. Rosensweig will oversee Yahoo!'s product development, marketing, international and North American operations.

    GREG STUART, hired last October as interim CEO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, will be staying on permanently. Stuart, who has previously worked with Young & Rubicam, America Online and Sony Online, took over for Robin Webster, who left for personal reasons after only 10 months in the role.
