  • Havas' Socialyse Hires Publicis Veteran For New COO Role
    Havas Group's Socialyse has appointed Philippe Torloting as the social media shop's first chief operating officer. He will be responsible for developing new strategies for disciplines such as influencer marketing, listening, performance content as well as improving Socialyse’s platform and products. Based in Paris, he is also tasked with better connecting the agency’s international network, as well as strengthening global business development efforts. He joins Socialyse after 11 years at Publicis Groupe, where he was deputy general manager of Blue449, having previously worked at sibling shops Moxie and DigitasLBi.

    Portland, ME-based ad shop The Via Agency has elevated Scott MacLeod to Director of Planning and Dan Bailin to Director of Client Strategy.     ICF Olson promoted Daniel Welch from vice president, client services to managing director, ICF Olson Canada.
