Deutsch New York hired Michelle Rowley as senior vice president, group planning director to oversee strategy and insights on the global Johnson & Johnson Acuvue business, along with new business efforts. Most recently, she was director of brand planning at Deep Focus, overseeing Unilever, Nestle and Purina. Rowley was also involved on the new business front, growing the Nestle and Unilever Spreads businesses. Prior to Deep Focus, she worked at Grey, on P&G Beauty's global Pantene business, bringing more than 30 new products to the market. Rowley also worked on the COVERGIRL business.

BSSP hired Anderson Oliveira as director of creative technology. Oliveira joins the agency from Eleven in San Francisco where he was technology director. He will report to BSSP executive creative directors Keith Cartwright and Tom Coates. Industry veteran Amy Snelling is departing SapientNitro to join Allen & Gerritsen (A&G) as SVP, Business Leadership. In this new role, she will partner with her SVP, Business Leadership colleague Joey Curtis to oversee accounts including Waters Corporation, the Museum of Science, TJX Companies, Hartford Funds and Toyota Raymond. Toygar Bazarkaya was named chief creative officer for We Are Unlimited, McDonald's creative agency of record. Bazarkaya is Ari Weiss' first creative hire for the DDB Network since becoming chief creative officer of DDB North America in February.
