Omnicom Group's media agency OMD has named JILL BOTWAY Managing Director for OMD East. Formerly Executive Vice President and Director of Marketing for Interpublic Group of Cos.' Initiative Media North America, Botway assumes the title and responsibilities previously held by Mike Drake, who retired in December 2002. Botway joined Botway Group in 1990 as Chief Legal Counsel and six years later became CEO of the media buying business. She moved with the shop to Initiative, along with her father and Botway's former President, Arthur Schreibman, who became Initiative's Executive Vice President and Director of National Broadcast.

RICHARD LOBEL has been named Executive Vice President, Infinity Promotions Group. Formerly President of CMI, NY, a division of Clear Channel Entertainment, Lobel will oversee all integrated marketing and creative solutions for Infinity Promotions. Lobel has been creating integrated marketing platforms for more than 15 years, including his most recent position at Clear Channel Entertainment's CMI, where he oversaw the division's client management and show departments. Prior to CMI, Lobel served as the Senior Vice President of Clear Channel Entertainment's Alliance Marketing group.

STEVEN WOOLFORD, EVP Managing Director of Zentropy Los Angeles, has been promoted to Worldwide Managing Director of Zentropy. Woolford joined Zentropy in April, 2000 as Managing Director of the Los Angeles office. He is a member of the MRM Partners Worldwide Management Board and has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience on both the agency and client side of the business. Before joining Zentropy, Woolford lived in Stuttgart, Germany where he worked for Porsche AG as the Regional Sales Director/North America.

MICHAEL KEATON has been appointed Director Of European Operations at Accipiter UK. Keaton has held senior roles in a number of leading global software companies, including European Sales Director at Engage where he was responsible for Ad serving and Digital Asset Management products. Prior to joining Engage Michael was Sales Director for JDA (Northern Europe), Associate Partner at Accenture, where he set up an EIS software business division across the Far East, and Sales and Marketing manager at COL, Hong Kong.

Fastclick.com, Inc., has announced the addition of sales executive SCOTT GRAEBER to the sales team for Fastclick's AdServer, a web-based Internet advertising management system. Most recently, Scott held a position in sales for Yardi Systems, where he sold ASP based accounting and management solutions to companies nationwide.

National Cable Communications (NCC), a leading spot cable rep firm, has promoted BRUCE RAISNER and MICHELLE GOYETTE to Vice President, Customer Relations for eBusiness Applications and Vice President/Controller, respectively. Raisner is one of NCC's original employees, joining the company in May of 1985 as a Sales Assistant in its Boston sales office. With NCC, he's also been an Account Executive, Sales Manager of NCC's San Francisco and Boston sales offices, Manager of New Business Development, and Director of Training & Development. Thirteen-year Discovery Networks veteran JOHN FORD has resigned from his post as President of New Media, effective February 14. A successor is expected to be named in the coming weeks. During his career at Discovery, Ford launched The Learning Channel, Discovery Health and Discovery HD Theater. Ford also oversaw programming at Discovery Networks and the discovery.com website as President of the U.S. Content Group. Ford had hoped to be named president of Discovery Networks, insiders said last year. But that position went to Discovery newcomer Billy Campbell.

Euro RSCG Tatham Partners announced this week that NIKHIL BASU was named Chief Financial Officer. Euro RSCG Tatham Partners is a recently formed unit of Euro RSCG Worldwide integrating several Euro RSCG agencies within a single company. Basu was most recently in New York City as the Global CFO of CCG.XM Worldwide, the interactive network of Cordiant Communications Group PLC. Previously, Basu served in the capacity of Regional Finance Director in Jakarta for Bates Indonesia and India and then at Bates Latin America in Buenos Aires. CHARLIE COLOMBO, a 30-year seasoned veteran of the radio business, has been appointed Executive Vice President/General Manager of Launch Radio Networks. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President at United Stations, where he was a founding partner of when the network incorporated in 1993. Over the span of his career, Colombo has served in a number of senior management positions at Banner Radio, Blair Radio and Christal Radio.

HBC New York, Inc., a subsidiary of Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation, announced the managerial appointment of SCOTT ELBERG as Director of Sales for WADO(AM) 1280 and WCAA(FM) "Latino Mix" 105.9. Most recently, Elberg was General Manager of Clear Channel's New York City radio stations, WKTU(FM) and WHTZ(FM). He joined WKTU(FM) and WHTZ(FM) in 1996 as General Sales Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 1999.
