Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (SBGI) announced this week that BETH WORSHAM has been named General Manager for WXLV-TV (ABC 45) and WUPN-TV (UPN 48) in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point, North Carolina market. Worsham has spent the past 16 years in various sales and management positions at Sinclair's ABC affiliate, WEAR-TV. Most recently, she served as the General Sales Manager and prior to that as the Regional Sales Manager.

Tribune Company recently named veteran broadcast executive STEVE CARVER as Vice President/General Manager of WATL-TV (WB36), in Atlanta, Georgia. Carver is currently Regional Vice President for Tribune Television, and Vice President and General Manager of WGN-AM Radio in Chicago. The company also announced that MARK KRIESCHEN, Director of Sales at the radio station, will succeed Carver as Vice President and General Manager.

Entravision Communications Corporation announced that ANITA SAENZ-CARVALHO has been promoted to General Manager of its Corpus Christi, Texas television cluster, which includes UNIVISION KORO 28 and TELEFUTURA KCRP 41. Effective immediately, Saenz-Carvalho will be replacing Araceli DeLeon, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities.
