    GREG NEAL has been appointed vice president of creative services for Shop At Home Network. Responsible for on-air promotion and overall creative design for the electronic retailer, Neal previously held posts at Scripps’ Home & Garden Television and, most recently, Fine Living. In his most recent assignment, Neal was vice president of creative services for Fine Living.

    Profile Media Concepts has named TARA CLARK director of marketing and sales. She will be heading business development and the promotion of Practice Profiles, a reality show about local medical and legal professionals. Clark joined the company in November of 2003.
  • REBECCA ROSS ALBERS: Presstime
    REBECCA ROSS ALBERS has been named editor of the Newspaper Association of America's monthly flagship magazine, Presstime. Albers has worked at Presstime since 1992 serving as staff writer, associate editor, assistant managing editor, and most recently, managing editor. As editor, she will oversee all magazine content, layout and design.

    Rapp Collins Worldwide has named CINDY DAVIS to the new position of managing director for its Dallas office. She will be responsible for all aspects of the office's client programs, operations and growth. Davis comes to from YUM! Brands, where she served as vice president, brand marketing for Pizza Hut. Davis replaces JOHN JASTREM, former chairman/CEO, became president of promotions agency, The Marketing Arm, in May.

Most recently, Ruppel was a regional sales manager for American Media Incorporated, responsible for automotive sales for Country Weekly, Country Music Magazine, and Auto World Magazine.

    The Walt Disney Internet Group has named JOSHUA PALAU as account manager for Disney Online and Movies.com. Palau was most recently associate product director at Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey. Prior to that, he was regional manager at About.com.
  • CHARLES RUDERMAN: Eyeblaster
    Eyeblaster has named CHARLES RUDERMAN as director of strategic relationships. In this newly created role, Ruderman will manage the rich media provider’s relationships with the portals as well as oversee the company’s growth efforts targeted at direct response advertisers and agencies. Most recently, Ruderman was serving as a strategist/consultant to rich media provider Klipmart.

    MayoSeitz Media announced the promotion of BETH HAUFLER to broadcast director. Haufler joined MayoSeitz Media from Earle Palmer Brown/Philadelphia in 2000 where she was regional broadcast director for six years. She was previously a buying supervisor at Ketchum Communications and FCB/Philadelphia.
