    Eyeblaster promoted SAMANTHA VOISIN to director, business development, Western Region replacing CHIP RUSSO who left the company. In her previous role at Eyeblaster, Voisin was business development manager. Before joining Eyeblaser, Voisin served in various capacities at Initiative Media, most recently vice president, and account director for the West Coast FastBridge division.

    Redstone Communications announced that ALISON RASGORSHEK has been promoted from associate media buyer to media buyer. Since joining the Redstone team in 2002, Rasgorshek has negotiated and placed media for a variety of clients, including: Nebraska Furniture Mart, Tim O’Neill Chevrolet, Iowa Western Community College, Mutual First Federal Credit Union, Cox Classic, Sizzler, and Burger King.

    NED NEWHOUSE has been named chief operating officer of the Cyber Financial Network. Newhouse joins CFN from Bankrate, where he held the position of chief revenue officer from 2000 to 2004. Previously, Newhouse was employed at 24/7 Media, where he was a founding member and held the position of vice president and director of sales.

    MPG, the media agency for Havas, has promoted TONYA DENIZ to executive vice president, managing director of research and modeling. Deniz joined MPG in January of 2001 and previously worked for multinational agencies including DDB Needham, Bates Worldwide, and Chicago-based Leo Burnett/Starcom Worldwide.

    Scripps Networks has named MIKE PARDEE senior vice president of research, responsible for the research needs of Scripps’ lifestyle-media properties. Pardee joined Scripps in 1998 to head up audience and market research for the newly created Scripps Networks division of E.W. Scripps. During his tenure, Pardee has designed and conducted research in support of the rapid growth and continual branding of Home & Garden Television and Food Network.
  • CHRIS ROGERS:ITtoolbox
    ITtoolbox, an online information provider for the Internet technology market, has promoted CHRIS ROGERS to vice president of advertising sales. Additionally, DAVID EVANS was named vice president of product. In this role, Evans will be responsible for further developing the product strategy and driving product growth for the ITtoolbox network. Prior to joining ITtoolbox, he was director of marketing development for Cendant.

    BRAD WIENERS has been named senior features editor of National Geographic Adventure magazine. Most recently, Wieners was executive editor of CIO Insight magazine, a business strategy journal published by Ziff Davis. He also has held the position of senior editor at Outside and Wired magazines.
